About me

I’m Reka Horvath, a business consultant and creator of digital solutions.

I feel most at home when a complex situation becomes a clear direction, and an idea becomes a tangible solution. I enjoy understanding why things happen, recognising connections and finding a way forward.

For more than twenty years, I have worked across business development, operations and learning. Consulting, training, organisational and leadership development have taught me that a good solution begins with understanding people’s goals and everyday lives.

My work brings planning and creation together. I enjoy exploring the first questions, shaping the business concept and working through the details. It matters to me to follow an idea all the way to a useful website, application, digital learning resource or development programme.

Learnlab is my own business, where these areas come together. Alongside client work, I develop personal projects: ideas inspired by needs or challenges I have experienced myself.

What I enjoy most is the moment when separate ideas come together — and become something that others understand, use and find valuable.

Crest Presence

A business concept and digital presence built from a service idea. The project brings together consulting thinking, a website and an application that supports day-to-day operations.

Starting idea
The starting point was a service idea that needed to grow into a clear business concept and a matching digital presence.
My role
I took the project from understanding the idea, through shaping the concept, to building the website and the application.

Starting idea
I wanted to create a space where consulting, learning and digital products reinforce one another.
My role
Learnlab is my own business: I shape its approach, its offering and the digital solutions that belong to it.

My background in training and organisational development shapes what is worth teaching and how. With AI, this turns into digital learning content and applications.

Each began with something missing in my own life. I had a problem and looked for a solution, but could not find one that really worked for me. So I started making my own.
